Bio

I am passionate about helping leaders uncover the real causes of their organization’s challenges and gain insights that empower leaders to improve their organization’s health and effectiveness to get results. Many leaders are promoted into their positions because of their functional expertise and success. However, just because one is in a position of leadership does not mean that leader has experience building and sustaining healthy, effective organizations. This is my expertise. I help clients to:

  • - align on goals, roles, and strategic priorities
  • - build trusted relationships
  • - increase collaboration
  • - develop broader leadership mindsets, behaviors, and capabilities
  • - create organization cultures that engage employees in finding meaning, growth, and fulfillment in their work
